Default Chicken & beer!

So I have been marinating some chicken in a couple bottles of Newcastle Brown, sesame oil, chili pepper flakes, s&p.

I have no idea how these will taste but I'm going out to the bbq in a few minutes.

I'll let yo know if it's a keeper or a scrapper.

Sorry I have no pics.

It wasn't anything special.
On the other hand, I made a glaze/sauce afterwards that was really good.
3 parts honey
1 part Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon bbq sauce
This tasted awesome and helped balance the taste of beer in the chicken.
