I still like what I do. It’s gratifying although there are many headaches. I’ll keep doing it for now until I figure out what to do with myself or the headaches get to be too much. Takin a damn vacation the next chance I get, that’s for sure.

I'm working part time for big bucks doing what I love, but even that won't last much longer. I have a wife and grandkids to spoil, golf to play, beaches to walk, and places to visit. I've seen too many miserable people who hate what they do but just keep doing it, which is sad.

Several years ago our financial advisor asked if we were estate planning or retirement planning, and if we wanted to leave a legacy after we're gone. We told him we worked damn hard for what we have and we want to spend every friggin penny enjoying retirement. As for "leaving a legacy..."

We've told the two kids that the house in FL without a mortgage and everything in it will be theirs when we're gone, but not to expect a fat bank account to go along with it.

I was talking to a guy showing off his car once. He said he was living his life so that the last check he ever writes will bounce.

We don't have anybody to even GAF about, so I'm sure it's easier for us. Legacy? Dafuq?

Chilly night up north, slept too much, now up and bored watching reruns of Hawaii 5.0.
We're in for a cold snap, the same one that has crept across the U.S. and Canuck west. Yippee ****ing cayay mutha****as!

Time to concentrate on indoor sports......

Morning Kerrmie.

Morning RM

Morning Rodnok.

Morning late risers and retirees.

The big winter storm is heading our way. The temperature and wind chill is going to be brutal and they are forecasting ten to fifteen inches of snow. The next seven days will not be golfing days.

Other than that, it is one day closer to spring.

Better head to the store for bread and milk... or at least that's what they do around here when there's any mention of snow.... Morning sir!
