Well, that sucks.

Did the SO a favor, and stopped at Starbucks for an Americano for her.
Hit the curb and scraped the paint off of the LF wheel (about 6 inch gouge)
on my EdgeST driving up to the window. Pzero lip didn't protect the rim.

When I "punted" the Subaru out of the way with my '01 Suburban, it knocked the valance loose too. ( broke the turn signal lens and broke the bolt on hubcap. I drove home, the Subaru got flat bedded )

A few bolts and fender washers ( larger diameter ) fixed it right up. You can probably do the same thing to yours

That photo is actually a 4K screen grab. Pulling a screen grab from one frame of video at *typical shutter speeds for video* rarely results in sharp photos. So, you have to set your camera up accordingly.

This was recorded at 30 FPS with a shutter speed of 1/2000th sec. The resulting video looks like shit but the individual frames look OK.

I don't do this too often because quite honestly it's a gigantic PITA and the work flow is kinda time consuming. But when it does work it works OK.

I started early. This past Thursday, I ****ed up and hit a curb. Punched a hole in the sidewall of my right front tire. It held enough air that I got to my usual tire place without having to put the donut on. $290 for the Michelin tire plus mounting, balancing and tax, it was a $330 mistake.
