As long as your windows and doors are closing and opening fine, i wouldn't worry about it. These foundations/homes move A LOT on this black gumbo soil.

Do you have a sprinkler system? Make sure you're running it regularly for not only the lawn but to keep the soil around your house a constant moisture.

Houses are like people. Shit settles after a while. Back in my younger days, I had a healthy set of pecs. Now they are around my waist.

No sprinkler aside from one on a hose. Also, I have had problems with grass not growing out front and the main drain of the house is in that area. Now I'm wondering if I have a leak under the foundation.

I was told, and read, that if there is a leak, the grass would be GREENER, but it's not. It's just dirt.

I'm sure he could put a tree ring around the house and solve the problem.

Unrequested update.

I had a plumber come out and run cameras in drains. No breaks, no roots. Worst thing he found were two "belly" spots that have about a 1/4 inch of water in them. One is about 5 feet long, the other about 3. Nothing that needs to be addressed.

Next up is a foundation guy to see what is happening. I think the pear tree out front has roots under the house. I discovered two cracked tiles in the upstairs shower and a brick veneer wall that is shifted outside by about 1/4 inch too.

Because it's the rainy season so there's a inch or two of standing water unless the wheels are put back on.

Black is positive
White is negative
Everything else just gets twisted together

Aero a neighbor just had to have piers installed in his house, total damage was around 12k for a 3500sqft house. Honestly if your doors are still working properly and not sticking. I'd consider using a sprinkler to keep your ground around the foundation a consistent dampness, but i wouldn't' worry about it too much.
