Missed the retread aspect

I'm not so jaded to think that there will be no real property ownership by the time I die, but damn, the writing appears to be on the wall. If the governments can force folks to liquidate to survive, that's a big step. It's interesting that the major unions have not picked up on this...unless...they would have more leverage in such an environment as well.

America will move back to a multi generational housing environment over the next 30 years. With the cost of child care, housing, fuel, food and Taxes rising at rates greater than income increases it will be the new normal.

The Labor force participation rate has been on a downward trend for Decades and we have over 50% of our population dependent on Government for the majority of Their income. We are screwed.
