Back from Duke... Nothing but a shot today and blood draw for genetic testing.
Spent longer talking about genetic testing than anything, I can see a genetic counselor if pop for anything. He brought up negative points on getting tested... I already have cancer don't see anything worse. Well you could have marker for this or that cancer possibly and we can test for it.
Well beats finding out the hard way doc. Kept on about can be difficult to get life insurance, like I care nor would I tell the bastards anyway. Cause of death wood chipper more than likely in my future anyway.

No new pills and nothing on radiation as tumor board hasn't discussed me yet.
No hurry Dr said anyways. So skipped an extra radiologist appt up front. Lemme know when have a plan...

Traffic was absolutely brutal this morning. We left almost an hr early and were late. Next appt in June is early afternoon.
New pills and da roids start then after blood work again. I was assured roids are very low dose and shouldn't have any side effects from those.

Bone scan in July, no hurry on it either as just a reference for 2 years from now.

Seems like a real nice guy and a good fit for me, I tend to joke around to take the edge off stressful situations. He's getting used to it.

He was about to throw the computer out the window when I asked... So when in medical skool do they teach you how to deal with insurance companies and all the bs. NO..... then the printer was out of ink, thought he'd lose his shit(qtr in swear jar Lisa) and I really tried not to laugh.
