Hershey Park was a lot fun
Carlisle was humid, not very crowded (compared to the in ones I've seen in the past) still about 1000 corvettes. The hurricane put a huge damper on the event, but we got to talk with GM engineers and I saw some old friends. We did a lot of walking and there was a case of sensory overload . The vendors were packing up it to go home at 3. But the rain held off until we got back to the hotel. Our hotel lost power in the morning which didn't surprise me I woke up at 4ish went to the window and was watching the trees bending from the wind.

well hell what a morning already. we had a terrible storm come through purple and red about 330 am and it still pouring. we got to the site about 630. the tents are torn u, everything is soaked, the lot is flooded. it's so cold and so windy. people in the first and second heat are switching to rain tires. the poor kids riding the small karts will need their snorkel gear. this totally sucks

Sorry to hear that Kim. I brought umbrellas with me on the Carlisle trip...just in case. I hope the weather will clear up for you guys. Try to stay dry!
