I've had XM since 2003, and stayed on the XM side after the merger. Octane is the same on both isn't it? I'm glad they kept Boneyard and made it hard classic rock and separated it from Hair Nation.

Brought a tear to this ol' dawg's eye hearing Metallic finish....and Guadalajara take it's place....

Klos is decent classic rock, but I get sick of mini cooper commercials every 3 songs. I swear I've never heard such a lousy song to commercial ratio.

We've got a new local 70's - 80's classic rock station here now out of Mexico....XHIM 105.1 Half the time I'm playing it in favor of XM unless I just want something heavier, then it goes over to Boneyard or Octane.

KNAC still streams online, but that doesn't do any good when I'm cruising in SoCal.....

I remember as a young pup.....I knew the lyrics to Purple Haze before I knew my alphabet. I had an older brother and sister and was weaned on late 60's / early 70's hard rock.

Love 80's hard rock & heavy metal.....I still remember the first time I heard "Kill 'em All" back in '83.....nobody knew who Metallica was yet, and I was blown away. I've seen Def Leppard twice and metallica in '92 when they toured with Faith No More and G n R.....but I'd love to see them again.

Best show I've seen was a tie....Kiss reunion tour in '96 with all original members......or Alice Cooper at the Plaza Theater in 2006.
