If I have to stay home, I'm going to be a binge watching zombie. I'll have those cartoon spirally hypnosis eyes, the same PJs I began the quarantine in and a sticky bottle of NyQuil on my nightstand just in case. I'll post here while pretending to be buried in work.

A few years ago as an experiment I stayed home for 3 weeks, didn't drive or leave the property. Had the wife pick up grub needed. It was actually quite relaxing. If it wasn't for getting food I'd really not care if I had to stay home for a month.

During my unemployment, my body clock started shifting and I was up until 3,4,5, AM it was a mess. I'll bet the same thing happens.

That's weird, mine stays the same no matter what I do or where I am.

Because I didn't have to get up, my wake up time drifted and everything was referenced from that.

My wife and I are stay at home types. We typically only go out to the grocery store and doctor appointments so having to stay home will be no different.

Same as I always am. When I'm not working, I love to just be home and relax.

My wife & I are pretty much "homebodies" anyway, so the NJ stay-at-home order is mostly a minor inconvenience.

I just had beer, wine & liquor deliveries, & we're pretty well stocked with food & supplies, so no problems so far.

We decided to paint a room we've been putting off, which will keep us busy for a few days. My wife has also been busy with her sewing hobby, and I have some woodworking projects lined up in my workshop. I may build my own coffin. Just in case...

That is not uncommon. In the early 80s I did some printing for this guy, and he is now considered one of the foremost experts on sleep. His studies have shown the human body likes to think there are about 24.2 hours in a day. If you want to do some serious reading on the subject, here he is on Google: https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=...dnmDzYQ4dUDCAc

Sleep patterns fascinate me, how can one person require 10 hrs at a certain time every day and another get 5 hrs whenever and they function the same.
Me I know my limits and patterns and adjusted my life around them, 3am is the magic hr for me with sleep. Goto sleep before 3am and I'm usually good the next day, if I don't lay down before 3am I usually cannot fall asleep at all. My wife can be up at 3am fully functional, I'm a total turd and you're better off not having me around.
My friend doesn't have a sleep pattern as he has brain damage, totally ruins him some days as he'll be up 48 hrs straight, couple times a year he has to have sleep induced by a medical professional. Other times he will sleep 24 hrs straight with just a few bathroom trips.
