Place is a cesspool any day of the week....worse on Mardi Gras.
I've never been to a NOLA Mardi Gras (and wont), been to a few parades in the surrounding areas though.


Musta been premium beer if you did get arrested...swill like Miller Lite will get you beaten.

Do not walk around Bourbon Street early on a Sunday morning, before the cleanup happens. Made that mistake when I was there for an Oracle conference a few years ago.

Place was hopping in the evenings though.
