The inside trim pieces of the accord headlights I'm doing in CF. Then overlay the projector side of the reflector housings. Pretty basic stuff, but I enjoy making the molds and baggin it up. 'Course, it aint cheap when it doesnt turn out the way you want ...

he did it all with a 3 sided makeup sponge and then used a paintbrush to put the black tiger stripes on
i have in progress pics - it was really cool to watch

(i think this guy may have done it ONCE or TWICE before )

I like working with CF. Obviously,you vacuum bag it? There is a newer material out that cures with UV rays.

no. he said it was driving him nuts after about a couple of hours. it started to rain too so we had to be careful that his face didnt get wet or it would melt off his face
