Thanks, she’s doing well for 84, I talked to her for an hour today and an hour yesterday. Yeah she was pretty quick to list that house, to hit while the market was still hot and while rates were still low. She ended up selling it to friends of the neighbor, the neighbor next to the house who had the major sewage dump.

I just closed one for client. 750K for an awesome home on 10 acres. Barn. Pool. Pond. Stunning setting. This home would sell over 1M last year

Thanks! She is actually back at Cresswind, the other 55+ community that is on Lake Lanier, and she’s loving it. She’s back in a small little two bedroom two bath.

I wouldn’t go as far to say that the bond was broken, but it was severely impacted by my manic episodes. She started to forgive me right before I left for rehab in August, and now we are close to fully reconciled, she actually invited me to come up for Christmas next month but I’m going to a holiday party with Kristen‘s company. We are supposed to do something next year on the lake when it warms up.

Well, he said yesterday morning that he was getting in the van and driving to Southern CA for a 'Van-In' with a group of van campers. So, a full 8+ hour drive and now hanging out on the freezing beach, no doubt, digging clams and eating oysters. He should hopefully post some pics tonight if we're lucky.
