Children are also susceptible to adult guidance and adult manipulation. With such malleable minds, they should be shielded from the ills of the world until they mature enough to understand that not everything is as innocent as they are. And I believe his purpose was to show sinners the errors of their ways and a way to redemption of sin through faith.

But that’s not what many of these “inclusive” churches are doing. They are condoning the sin. In this case the sin of homosexuality or pedophilia.

And I never said anything about not loving others unconditionally. I said that the church we attend is open to all, however, our pastor still let's them know that the LGBTQ lifestyle is sinful. One thing that everyone seems to be missing about these PRIDE events is the people involved are looking for love, attention, and acceptance because it was something they likely never had at home because of who they were.

What is wrong with showing someone that they matter? You don't have to agree with their lifestyle to accept them for who they are.

However, perversion (sexuality) and the promotion of such should be kept out of the celebration of said events.

No one has said they don't matter. What's been said is that their lifestyle IS sexual perversion. The government should play no role in this and government should most certainly NOT promote it.

Rob, these are not alphabet people seeking love or attention from the church. This is the church actively creating attention for these people. They are CELEBRATING a lifestyle that the Bible specifically addresses as bad.

There is literally NO difference between the church having a drug abuse day or a steal from your neighbor day, or get naked with a minor day. It is the same. Even by your own words, all sin is equal. Tell me what sin is celebrated in the Bible?

Ultimately we are going to just agree to disagree, but I strongly believe God's word supports my side of the discussion.

The opposite of discrimination is NOT promotion and celebration. It is equality.

I can't recall, I used to be a Bible Thumper back in my younger days. The Bible is like the Constitution.

We see all the time everyone saying "it's against the Constitution." They have no idea if it is or not, just everything is against the Constitution.
