I can't even guess, I lost track of oils and fuels of today. I fix POP Tart machines these days so it is on to the next generation of mechanics, what few there are

Unpossible. It snows in places a LOT colder than CO - like the top of Mt. Everest for example. Saying came about because it typically is a lot colder with no clouds, and no clouds = no snow.
