The proper way to sit
Found this on another site that I visit: How to Sit Properly and Avoid Back Pain. Thought this would be a good read, since there have been a few threads on back pain/sciatica.
Many think that people sit too much, when in fact most don't. It comes down to understanding that you have to push your butt out when you sit. Yes, just like the dancers in pop videos. This creates the desired "J" curve in your back that indigenous tribesmen have and they rarely experience back issues. But there is more to it as you will find out while reading the article. https://www.npr.org/sections/goatsan...he-way-you-sit I also purchased a "back joy" seat when I'm driving. Keeps my butt in the correct position, especially now since I'm over 60. I use it when I have to drive greater than 50 miles. Back in 2015, I drove from Southern CA to Northern CA straight with one stop for gas. When I got out of the truck, zero pain in the back/butt area. https://www.amazon.com/BackJoy-SitSm.../dp/B079T5LDGM |

I very well need that in my RV. Thanks. But what keeps it from collapsing down in the rear? Looks like it would.

I had to add a second keyboard tray to my L-shaped glass desk, and this is the one I found and it's pretty decent. Would work with pretty much any desk.

If you are referring to the backjoy, it does not collapse. If it works with my build: 6'1" and 280 lbs. My father-in-law who is 85, swears by it, and that is the problem when using it in the car. If you have it positioned correctly, it won't collapse. If you buy it from Amazon and it does not work for you, return it for a refund.
