Default Brother-in-law has this !.......

Very scary.....symptoms were much like when they found his tumor in his lung......he survived lung cancer after chemo and removing 1/2 of his lung......
this is something more people and doctors need to know about.

Most likely from a tick bite

Babesiosis has been reported in North and South America, Europe, and southern and eastern Asia. In the United States, the primary agent of human babesiosis is Babesia microti, which is transmitted by the bite of Ixodes scapularis, the same tick species that vectors Lyme disease.

A good friend of mine can no longer eat any red meat due to a tick bite. Alpha Gal allergy. Some people that get it can no longer have any dairy products in addition to no red meat. Sucks
