5D Mark II

All these years later and I still lust for a used 5D MK II. I thought the price would have taken a hit by now. They are still in the $1000-$1500 range.

Not likely to come down much. Nikon is the same way with their top level.

I have the original 5D, I skipped the MK. II and waited for the MK. III. I have a couple friends with the MK. II. It's a great camera don't get me wrong. But what kept me from upgrading was the focusing system and more importantly the FPS.

I've also thought about the 5D. I'm just really surprised a used MKII price is so high. I would go ahead and spend the extra for a new III, before paying that much for a used II.
