The attacks say more about the character of those attacking, and there are no legal rationalizations for libelous posts (only self serving reasons). So yes, the cease-and-desist was serious, and if at any time I am impacted financially from something defamatory here, I'll take the finger off the pause button.

Definitely, easily, the most misplaced arrogance I have ever seen based on his life's accomplishments, he seems to enjoy living this life.

He should define his legacy, as I need a good laugh.
