You take ANY opportunity to bash the admins/mods at CF because of how you have been wronged. But bitching about it and taking thinly veiled shots at members (past and present) make you look like them.
IMO, you take this internet deal way too seriously.

Never said there aren't obnoxious people there...just the opposite actually. I am saying that the worst ones here were barely on the radar there, mostly because of the rules.
I'm saying that douchebag members force the changes to the forum.
Here and there.

I'm not a fan of the over moderation at CF, but it is somewhat necessary due to the behavior of the membership.
You are dealing with it now...with the tightening of the rules and enforcement. Traffic aside, this place is better because the rules are less restrictive...but there have to be limits.
I just ignore threads like the PeteW butthole thread...rather than complain.
But I have no problem with them being moved.

You may not want to believe this, but the feedback we get because we allow people to speak their minds here is overwhelmingly positive, so I wouldn't look for a change in that anytime soon. Anyway, the fact that I and others complain doesn't add up to us being similar to CF. You just don't see it there because...surprise!...it gets DELETED.

Oh and as far as "this internet deal" is concerned...I sleep just fine at night, thankyouverymuch. If others want to put a spin on my behavior in an attempt to make a point, that's their problem.

What tightening of rules? Again, I think I'd know if changes were made, and none have been. Do you seriously think we weren't aware that we were going to have issues here?

I'm sure the feedback is overwhelmingly good...that's the reason we are all here.
It's a better alternative to CF, all things considered.
I have no problem with the rules...I just wish there was more traffic.
