Article I read said one of them is matched to a tattoo shown in the video. Probably seen in the mirror on the guy holding the camera? Don't know, but if that's true he's toast and will likely testify against the driver for the possibility of parole.

The video on that phone is evidence. No telling how many people they showed that to but it's why they were identified to begin with and those are more potential witnesses.
