420 hp gives you the option of "stabbing and steering". The low hp of the Miata will make her choose the correct lines and to be smooth.

Thing I like, and a skill she already has, is steering with the throttle. Can't do that in a Miata.

I learned to drift on a little 25hp Gokart, alot of fun and you become intimate with your throttle, loads and loads of fun.

Got the '96 started. G took her first drive in it today. Didn't go far as the radiator is damaged from the accident.

We haven't started yet. Tomorrow is her last day of school and we wanted her to stay focused on her studies. We'll start on Saturday. We just put a new fuse in so we could confirm that the car does in fact start and drive, which we now know.
