I agree that the AK-47 is a great battle rifle, but for accuracy and reliability, the Galil ARM in .308 will definitely give it a run for its money.

The one I had would shoot MOA with military ammo with iron sights. Of course, that was when I could see.

You know, there are guys that really appreciate senior leaders. They would "help you out" knowingh you got other things to do.

Others are smart, very smart. They dont want you around, they "help you out" because they dont want you near their space. That way they get to goof-off and speak their minds at the E-3 level.

I did that few times for a guy named Gunny Starks. He was a good guy but, you cant talk to your friends in front of your boss.

If memory serves... it is based almost 100% on the AK isn't it?

I am far from an expert on those things, but it certainly looks AK based.

Pete, he was trying to switch fuel tanks because he wasn't familiar with his new plane he just bought (it was experimental) and thought it had more gas than it did. the plane sits at an angle when it is not flying and the fuel gauge read more full than actual.

the switch was put behind the seat by the previous owner and JD couldn't reach it. when he twisted around real good to grab it, he stepped on the rubber pedal 100 percent to the floor and plunged into the ocean. game over.

It didn't help that he was flying a Burt Rutan death trap. That guy has helped more than a few guys meet their maker.
