I work in a hospital. I ride public transportation.

There is no doubt I am exposed to something nasty daily but this is the first time I have got something like this before.

I doubt they will fail to notice he looks like a mutant (sorry about that, Dixie). But yeah, I'd say they need to be informed of exactly what it is.
