Biden was the one giving wrong answers in the disastrous press conference:

1) Hur DID find Biden responsible for willful mishandling
2) Biden's trove DID have highly classified documents
3) Large portions of the trove were NOT in locked cabinets
4) Biden DID discuss classified info with his ghostwriter

All things which Biden said were not the case in the presser. And finally "I didn't break the law!". Not what Hur said, he only said any case brought before a jury wouldn't succeed in his opinion.
