Changed mower blades with helper Bear standing over me supervising... Good doggie.

Worked on jacks some, moved a set screw and cleaned up a few parts. They're hanging in the sun waiting for paint.
Two small set screws yet to remove or drill and tap new spots.

Got one set screw out, the other required drilling and tapping. My hands hurt as those set screws are hardened and tap isn't super sharp.
Helped son fix wipers/highbeam switches as he put something together wrong the other day.
Charged his battery for 18 plus hrs the other night as his car wouldn't start. Battery tested good(load test) after but that battery a POS as it has very little reserve and crappy terminals. That battery is the pickiest about terminals being extremely tight to the point of breaking them off or it doesn't charge right. Told him get another battery before it leaves him stranded, doubt he listens but don't worry I'm gonna harp on it until he throws me in a hole and covers me with lime. He strands up I'll kill him with a shoe.

seal calipers I bought last fall.
Finicky lip seal buggers are a pain in the ass. Might have to

Back in the 90s I had every rebuilt Vette caliper available in Napa network at one point. Most had cracks from being dropped. Think it took 9 or 10 to get 4 that worked. Some came in obviously broken even. Got to be the parts guy was taking it personally and spent hrs on phone getting the last good caliper(happened to be a good friend also).
Think my record of bad parts is 9 shocks for my caddy before had 2 good ones(I won't buy Monroe because of it as they were bough out and quality went in the toilet). Overseas ownership now of long standing quality American companies had ruined the quality of parts.
Funny thing is Monroe wanted the shocks back and wouldn't pay shipping. I paid for 1 to go back at first... Rest I kept in a pile for years as a reminder of the pain. I should have made a sculpture with them.

I changed my '70 calipers to the "O" ring style several years ago since I had a leaky one. Sitting so much doesn't help.
