Well some how an extension cord came unplugged for heat tape so half the house water lines froze up. It's not in a spot you can see the light on the heat tape either. That connection will get some heat shrink to keep it together

Morning all
Bummer on the frozen water lines. It's an overnight heat wave here, 23 degrees this morning. |

Morning MikeB
Lines half thawed now. Sometimes I wonder about me... One line won't thaw until mid day unfortunately and it's the washer feed. |

Good morning all It’s currently 30° but will get up to 44° today and partly sunny. Will be nice as it’s been raining/snowing the past couple days.

Pipes thawed after an hr or so.
Yes Pex is awesome isn't it. I love copper pipes but between the cost of materials and freezing I'm a Pex person now. Running Pex for air line system in barn soon actually to replace the various pipes and hoses currently have. |

Warmed up nicely today here to upper 40s.
Bear had his 1st accident in the house Friday since literally the 1st day I got him. Think he forgot to pee for oh i don't know 7 hrs.. My fault as he ran to door twice before lookout. Rugs I have down to keep him from sliding around took the brunt of it, been too cold to wash the rugs properly. Pressure washer time soon... I tried to use some baking soda animal scent powder.. Nope not with ole super sniffer around. He promptly came in, freaked out and went on rug again. He was so upset he couldn't help himself. So rugs been outside since. He has issues... |
