Feeling better today, back issues slowly easing away.
Took my blood pressure today, as I've had a nasty headache the last 2 days
that Tyleno does not help. Anyway, 148/89, so I'm not too concerned as this
is a new acceptable reading for a 70 y/o. Back in 2020 when I was hospitalized for 2 weeks with Covid that effected my lungs, my BP was so low
that I was taken off BP meds, and haven't needed them since. Except for
my present 1 year of grief, my stress levels were way down, as I had retired
from my professional career back in 2018. Maybe the anniversay of last
Oct.31st is causing stress. I don't know, I'm no Dr, and haven't been
to an Holiday Express ever. Maybe @Steve_R can advise.

I don't recall seeing anything posted about it, but are you on some type of blood thinner/clot buster meds? A long time ago, when Marianne had a disected
carodit artery, she was put on warfarin(sp-commonly known as rat poison).
Anyway, it did the trick for her.
