Who else did you forget to leave out? Should all salaries be benchmarked based on their necessity to help the government? What about Bankers, Stock brokers, Investment professionals? Sales people? How about limiting the amount of money that an Entrepreneur can make on his start up in the Bio-Medical Field? Why limit it to that. What about limiting to all start ups that provide public good like Energy companies, Electronic companies and such?

And you keep comparing us to other countries. Yet you fail to realize that many of them are DEAD BROKE simply because of the very policies you are wishing we had. Frances HC system has been running in the Red since before 1990.
