I can't really hate on a little hustle.......I have friends that were sales guys, and never worked hard at all always at the bar by 3:00 in the afternoon, while I slaved away, at blue collar clock punching jobs......although I made pretty good money, those salesmen always had some side hustles going.....I actually admired them for it.

You're in the wrong here. Taking a product from a market where those who want the item do not shop and placing it in a market where people who really want the item and are willing to pay for it shop, is a benefit to society. Everybody wins. The original seller sells their item at auction for more than if your nephew didn't bid, your nephew makes money, and the final buyer gets their product at a price they are willing to pay. Without your nephew, they wouldn't get their product at all or they would have to pay even more for it.

Your nephew isn't preventing the original sellers from marketing their products the same way he does and there is nothing stopping his buyers from buying the products the same way he does. Unless he misrepresents his products, there is no legitimate reason to have a problem with this.
