The fatal flaw in this, or any poll about UD staying or going is this:

The George Floyd case.

In that case, the PD, the DA, the judge, the jurors....all of them had been threatened with both personal harm and death, but also with widespread, violent rioting, if they did not railroad Derek Chauvin. Even the jurors said they were afraid for their lives if they did not convict, and lo and behold, they convicted on everything they could convict on. Because of juror intimidation.

Who wants to get killed, get their family members killed, get their houses burned down, etc.? No one.

The VB membership is under a similar threat, the threat of expensive and untimely litigation. So you can't expect people who have been legitimately threatened to render an unbiased vote. The vote is tainted before it even took place.
