He didn't know when he first drove by them, but noticed he was carrying what looked like boxes of cigars. He stopped, backed up, and told them to move out of the street and sit on the curb. Brown kicked his door shut when the officer tried to exit the vehicle.

When the officer tried to exit a second time, Brown punched and jumped on him and they both landed in the car. The weapon discharged as both grabbed at it. The fight spilled out of the vehicle and Brown ran off about 35 feet and he and his accomplice to the strong arm robbery began taunting the officer, saying they wouldn't be arrested. The officer walked towards Brown with his weapon drawn, telling him to freeze. Brown suddenly ran towards the officer, and six shots were fired before he went down.

The ambulance drove by, checked him out and it was obvious he was dead (two very fatal head wounds) and went on to get the sick person.

Eyewitness testimony was recorded immediately after the event (while Brown was still lying in the street) that corroborated this, and it was recorded without the witness knowing they were being recorded. The other witnesses were full of it, as the autopsy has proven.
