Question for anyone who knows...

Did buffalo man's, or any other defendants' attorneys file a motion of discovery for this footage?

1) If not, they should lose their law license.
2) If they did, and actually had some of the clips that I saw yesterday of buffalo man walking basically with escorts, they should never work again due to incompetence.
3) If they did, and did not receive the 40k hours of footage, they need to refile all convictions with courts in the jurisdiction.

I perfectly know that Tucker picked and chose clips. This pales in comparison to the J6 dubbing in sound to silent footage and having it released. If jurors saw a single piece of the doctored footage, it would be a slam dunk to get an overturn and go for damages.

Oh I don't think that's the case. Is that not the same complaint we heard from the right during the committee meetings and every time CNN shows video of 1/6/21? Their complaint was the video was being cherry picked to tell THEIR narrative. I didn't trust what the committee was showing nor what I was seeing on CNN but now I'm supposed to believe what Tucker Carlson is showing me? No, I don't think I'll believe him either.

I'll tell you what, give the public access to all the footage and let us see it and decide for ourselves.

I cant see how Tuckers videos dont exonerate the man. It was clear in his videos, not edited, show that the committee and LEO were lying to us.. Video clips prove that.
It also proves we will never get the truth. If we did, we would have all of the videos available to us, the Public for our own personal screening..

The crime he pled to is materially no different than all the Kavanaugh protestors who disrupted the official government proceeding of the Senate questioning a potential SC justice. I'm trying to remember how many of them went to prison for 3 1/2 years.

Oh, that's right....none of them, because they were not arrested at all, even after we saw video of them being paid after being thrown out.

I don't dispute that but it seems that by default, if you support America, American values, Christianity, marriage between a man and a woman, etc. Trump represents those values and by default, should not be hated by an alleged "Conservative" mouthpiece. Tucker clearly is a RINO politically, yet attacks those that are just like him.

You make a good point, but technically he did break the law. Whether other folks that did the same thing were charged or not is largely irrelevant.
