I can apparently put it in low and 'paddle shift' through gears, as shown. Usefulness of that feature? Totally worthless, just adds cost for a feature no shitbox buyer would want.

2016 Fusion Titanium
Not really a feature but a stupid government mandated system.
The ****ing evaporative emissions system, the system that sucks (literally) gas fumes from the tank to the intake to burn. Now the government demands the system be checked for leaks every time you start your car. What's worse is sometimes it goes into vacuum lock after filling up and the car won't start. If one of the valves fails and it won't hold a vacuum it trips the check engine light. One valve on my car is easy to get to and I've replaced it. The other valve is on top of the gas tank so it will have to come out to replace it. **** that. I'll just keep clearing the code with Torque. Leave it to government to mandate a system that will cost people money if one of these valves fail. All that is needed is a pipe from the top of the tank to the intake. One pipe, two connections and two points of failure.

The heater outlet blows directly on my right ankle.

Touchscreen is a resistive touch screen not capacitance like our cell phones. It's sensitivity is very low because if it.

Navigation is poor and based on an SD card so I have to pay for new maps.

Dash lights are way too bright at night. I have them set to their lowest setting.

Leave it to Ford - My wifes 2015 Explorer has ambient lighting that includes the cup holders. Fast forward to 2016 and Fords top Fusion model, the Titanium, which doesn't have ambient lighting around the cup holders but everywhere else. What the **** were they thinking?

On my Volvo XC90, if you are backing up and turn on the radio, the back up camera goes away and only displays the radio on the large center screen.

Also, my remote start from my phone takes forever to activate. The old fashioned key FOB worked instantly.

OH, and the voice command is a joke! They need to talk to Alexa....

I know the feeling. For whatever reason the DIC in my Z06 would spit out a P0160 alert for the O2 sensor once every ride (emissions related). Clearing that was a major PITA while driving. There's a butt load of button pushing involving multiple buttons being pushed in a specific sequence. Got so good at it after a few years that I even quit forgetting how to do it during the 6 months of Winter storage. Thank the gods it stopped appearing after about 15 years. Must have been some really super important information though?

Porsche- Only thing I don't care for is the window adjusting everytime you open & close the door.
You have to pull the handle twice to open the door. I already broke it once because I pulled it hard one too many times ☻🤣

BTW, brothers in arms with you on the GPS subscription and touch screen menus replacing knobs.
What year Rams do you have? My 2017 requires no subscription for GPS (it does for Sirius/XM and uConnect (which I've never used - kinda like OnStar). My climate control is on the screen but I have temp controls knobs and ac/defrost buttons as well.

The feature I hate about it is the rain-sensing wipers. At a drizzle, it'll go to max speed if I'm on the highway.

I have to agree with the engine auto stop, hate that function. My wife's newish Traverse needed to have the transmission put into manual mode and select gears 1 - 9 to disable it. There was no button or switch to do so. At least my 2021 Grand Cherokee has a button to disable it, I would prefer that it stayed disabled and gave the option to turn it on rather than starting in auto stop mode.

Also, 2020 50th Anniversary Hemi Challenger has a cup holder protruding from the driver's door panel right where my knee rests.

Hate sitting behind cars with that auto shutoff at a short light. Has bit me several times... Wastes my gas.

Mine does that but with the “e-torque” mild hybrid setup I don’t hate it as much. The truck will start rolling before the motors even up and running.

Agreed. Had the same issue, with violent braking in reverse. Disabled and had no issues since.

I have the exact same truck as Stangkiller, it seems, and haven't had any head unit delamination issues.

Same here the screen looks and functions as good as new, it will occasionally (less than 3 times a year) glitch and kill audio until the truck can be restarted.

Default 2021 Explorer

I like the lane assist on the Explorer, actually in Eco Pilot cruise control, you can barely keep your fingers on the wheel and it drives itself well.
Two things I've killed with Forscan, Auto Start Stop and FENG. Stupid BMW for starting that shit. I do wish the back up display would be larger, you have an 11" screen and they put a postage stamp for the display with the overhead view.

When I had the Trackhawk, the display would lose volume for the radio a few times. I would have to shut down the Hawk, wait about 3 minutes and then it would come back. Never figured it out and didn't want the dealer screwing with the vehicle.

Our 2021 Express, the lane assist is a joke, turned it off and don't use it. All it does is beep and flash a little stupid icon on the display. I haven't taken it back to the dealer for the back up lines. They turn opposite of what they should do, little aggravating backing up but I can live with it for the time being. When we take it in for our complimentary oil change I'll have them look at it. On the conversion side, nothing really to complain about, Explorer did a nice job putting the package together.

2018 Acura MDX

Have to go thru 3 screens to change from the wifes phone to mine, out last MDX was push a steering wheel button and say "Next Phone".

Voice command is useless, I say "XM channel 26" it responds "turning on heated seat" or something equally stupid.

I can't change the radio station for the first 30 seconds or so when starting the car. If gives me "Can't do that command now". WTF?

Well, my friend, I said I was passing a car. I thought it was understood that I was on the gas as I was doing a pass. The skip shift rarely engaged on me, so I was surprised that it engaged in this instance. Maybe I hesitated enough for it to kick in. I don’t know.
