Ok now here is a question. Interviewing for a city job, I already have the Coordinator for City relations as a reference. Should I also get the Mayor or is that over the top ? If the panel isn't a fan of the Mayor that may sink my battleship, if they support him it could be a big win.

I was reading about this accident. sadly, it was likely preventable. I own a company which services cold storage facilities and such and am very familiar with ammonia in that arena. I have also been burned by it before pretty badly. anhydrous ammonia is nasty shit which attacks sweat glands and organs, sucking the moisture out and in some cases causing severe burns. it will also suffocate. sounds like he just got a mild graze and should be ok in a few days.
for the contractors who lost their lives.

I think that he just was just wore out from wearing their heavy Hazmat's suit for that long of a time....
