I misread you. Here in the Appalachians, it would be extremely rare to have a property that is square.

1/2 acre is plenty for me, in a quite little town, lots of hiking trails, walking distance to skiing, five minute drive to golf or tennis, seven to the supermarket, eight for hardware, ten for Lowes, fifteen to the nearest brewery.

I'm waiting for the recession to hit full bore so I can get a reasonable price on construction of the addition. I've been here 16 years and have never seen this much construction activity since prior to the 2008 crash.
