Whenever you see a shot where the camera is moving it is usually mounted on a camera dolly (steerable 4 wheeled apparatus with a pneumatic/hydraulic arm to raise and lower the camera), the person who operates the camera dolly is the dolly grip.

In this case, it is the guy on the left who is pulling the dolly
