Betty Boop's Interiors Make Over

Yesterday I took Betty Boop for a short 200 mile trip. I got to admit the lousy looking boot
got to me, and this morning I took the console out, removed the boot, grabbed the OEM boot,
and drove to the custom upholstery shop.

I gave the owner both boots. Told him I wanted the big boot to be molded or cloned like the
OEM boot. He took my phone number, I left and he called within 20 minutes that it was ready
for pick up.

To my surprised he made a new boot, and said "this one is better material not this china sh*t;
Where did you buy this?"

I was very happy with the way it looked, drove home, and an hour ago I got busy with it.























It fits better, it looks better, and was CHEAPER. I'm not satisfied with the product nor customer service,
and I hope to get my money back from redlinegoods.com

Way to go, Local Vendors! That new one is a world apart from Redline's abortion! In fact, I also think the new one looks better WITHOUT Redline's dopey, gay-looking red stitching...

I agree with duke-put that last before-and-after in your answering post to Redline if they screw you on a refund!

Check this out, two guys out of the CF wanted those shifter boots. One auto and one manual.

I took the old boot and the guy made one right away. Once I get the money I will mail it to the guy.



I checked with USPS, to mail this priority, prepaid is $5.30. Supplies are free, and the mailman comes by everybody's house daily. These vendors charge $10-$20 for shipping.

It's an OBX. Looks like a Corsa, but the pipes are different. They are one in, it splits in two with a curve.
