This. Like I said last time you posted this thread, when the water company broke my meter and left, I still had to pay for the 57,000 gallons of water that let loose to flood my street. And had to get a friend to fix it. All on a dark, late, Friday night in 30 degree weather. Your neighbor will get zip.

1. Even the water company asserts that the up to 2400 gpd events are leaks. They just assert that the leaks are after the meter. What makes you believe that a water flow of about 29 times normal is "obvious water use not a Leaky pipe"?

OK I will type slowly for you look at the bill a few days with a little use then none then a bunch then none again rinse and repeat. Your bad toilet flapper was ridiculous.

From what you post you turned the water off at their meter causing a leak. I keep forgetting I am dealing with a moron. Your tampering that you had no business touching caused damage.

Why don't you go **** with the electrical meter so they can get more fines.


Like I first said having multiple homes I have had this happen as well I trusted the wrong person with one of my homes. I never checked my auto bills as well. So my trusted friend rented out my place. Some little things were noticed so we looked at past bills like your neighbor did then showed the bills just like he did to see what song and dance you would come up with.

I was getting crazy water bills one summer and the water company replaced the meter. Bills went back to normal. I asked them about refunding me on the extra 70,000 gallons. The good people of American Water basically told me to go shit in a hat.
