2. The initial claim that they had all been turned over was a lie as well since 3 more caches were found.

Option A: Brandon pardons himself and his whole family.....the issue is moot.

Option B: The issue is buried by the DoJ...."no reasonable prosecutor."

Option C: Obama comes to the defense and says he declassified whatever has been recovered from Brandon, and that Obama, after declassifying all of it, gave to Brandon as souvenirs of his loyal service as VP.

The whole thing is ultimately theater, and beyond that, half the country won't believe that Brandon has done anything wrong. This is the underlying reason the country is irreparably screwed. We can't, and will never agree to the same facts.

So I'm clear, having your staff lie to the feds, move and hide the documents after the DOJ finds out you really do still have them and having your lawyers sign a document saying you don't have any documents when they know you do was done to keep the documents secure from the people who they belonged to and wanted them back.

Why not just give them back when asked?

Remember, no one is charged for taking any documents. The charges are for obstruction of justice from scheming for the purposes of keeping them. Don't know why this is so hard, I really don't.
