Tonight’s main entree.
Hanging tenderloins. Marinade Fresh from my garden herbs, Garlic Thyme Rosemary Oregano Chives Parsley Cilantro Pinch of salt and pepper Chopped, diced and mixed. 1/4 cup of good evoo Four drops of Dijon 2tbs Worcestershire sauce Tbs soy sauce (tamari) Combine the herbs with the liquids, pouring in both sides of the loin. But save roughly half of the marinade for use when cooked. Remove the meat discard the old marinade. Pour on the fresh remaining then onto the grill. Only for a few quick minutes flip and off. I stopped and grabbed fresh made tortillas and I’ll add some more chopped tomatoes onions lettuce. Then, of course, some Sriracha! |
