That is 100% the goal, and both my current manager, and my old manager (my current manager's manager), and their boss already know this. Their biggest challenge lately is talent retention.

If I meet 110% of my budget and get the entire extra 30% of my salary for 1848 hours, fine. Those hours are easy. However, if I'm willing and you're able to pay, if I work double that and do 3696 hours for a year (308 hours per month), and you PAY me for that, then it's all good. At that level we're talking close to .5 million, and for that I will gladly work 300 hours a month, and smile all the way to the bank.
