I drink 1 Corona with Lime every night before sleeping. I sleep so good if I have a beer before bed.

I gave up sugared soda because of my diabetes. I gave up diet soda because the aspartame in it is a proven inflammatory, and I spend my life trying to stay off of anti-inflammatories. Honestly, I don't even miss it.

Never liked sugared sodas.. Always preferred diet. Sugared sodas are too sweet.

Just read an article.. It's actually 99.8% for diet soda and 90% for sugared sodas.
Sugared soda is 10% sugar and high fructose corn syrup which is horrible for your health.

I drink Gatorade with sugar, not much
I drink plenty of water PLENTY
I put no sugar in my coffee and espresso

Make your choices based on your taste, if they are not the best choices exercise more and eat healthy.

That’s an odd correlation.

A1C fluctuates with my weight. Right now A1C is 6.6 which is pre-diabetic. I'm at 225 lbs. If I drop to 215 lbs, my A1C will be back to under 6 which is not pre-diabetic. I take Ozempic to lose weight.
