I power walked 3.5 miles this morning. I do the same route Mon-Fri every week now. Past days of racquetball are quickly disappearing due to hip issues. My 46 year run of playing RB may have finally nixed that sport for me, unless I want to have a hip replacement surgery.

I found a vintage Premier amplifier on the side of the road. I was going to restore it but I listed it on eBay on a whim... got nearly $400.00 for that thing... and scored 2 live 20 gauge shotgun shells tucked into the back of it as well! Baller!

Check out the difference between anterior and posterior procedures. I have a brother-in-law anesthesiologist who recommended an orthopedic surgeon 4 years ago who was fully trained in the newly anterior procedure.
I had outpatient surgery on a Wednesday morning, released in the afternoon without any pain or discomfort. On Friday, I was walking around the house and using a cane as recommended but a walker was supplied. On Saturday evening, I attended a church Chili-Fest and was walking around without a cane or any pain.
I have read where others have had post surgery difficulties which included pain,long term recoveries and extensive physical therapy. When I questioned which procedure they had, it was always the posterior procedure.
I was aware of these issues, pre-surgery and my surgeon stated he hasn't had those issues with his patients and would prescribe PT but found that some therapists would over due the workouts and didn't recommend PT.
My point is, do your own research for which procedure and ask any potential orthopedic surgeon his opinion, some are not trained in the anterior procedure.
