BTW, did not go out for the anniversay, even though I offered.

AND, did cook the filet mignons in a cast iron skillet on the stove, they were not quite 1", four minutes each side, turned out EXCELLENT, even had a little extra for both doggies.
Wife made a killer salad, had some Omaha scalloped potatoes and asparagus, and of course very fresh bakery bread.

Meal was excellent, and watched Slow Horses on apple tv, the final episode of season one.
I recommend this, as Gary Oldham is a great actor, and an even better asshole.
