Appears all a product of building on the side of a mountain.

We deliver a site plan for permitting. The purpose is to show the setbacks. It can be a basic sketch or a cad drawing. I did the sketch and my draftsman added it to the set of plans.

It all is really for naught, because I'm rural and I believe anything over 10 acres they don't care. But I turned it in anyway. I also did a slab/foundation "as-built" survey...turned it into the building department and found out it wasn't even required.
