My breakfast was a piece of keto bread, an egg, and a cheap can of sardines, on a pizza hut paper plate. I'm doing well.

Hello Nite Owls
I found an old Dunkin gift card that still had $30 on it. Got a few hot breakfast food items and crazy sweet matcha garbage drink. I haven't had donuts in many years, might have to get a French cruller I remember from my childhood days.

That French Cruller is Smaller than you Remember

AND

The Glazed Icing tastes like a derivative of High Frutcose Corn Syrup Solids ~ Nothing like you'll remember

Toss The DD Gift Card ~ Find a Surviving REAL Bakery ( if there are any left in your area )

Trust Me . . . You'll be glad you still have your French Cruller Childhood Memories rather than experiencing today's DD Abomination of what they now call a Cruller

Been waking up naturally much earlier lately, probably due to earlier sunlight. But since I'm up a few hours before I start work, might start hitting the gym twice a day and add a morning session. Literally laying in bed now thinking I won't be sleeping these next 3 hours so, might as well.

Yukkk, that glaze they put on every donut is a deal breaker for me! Way tooooo sugary. I’ve had a plain donut there with some chocolate frosting (no glaze) which was good, but they are hard to find. Plus there really aren’t any KK in my neck of the woods.

Each to their own.
In high school I would randomly stop at Krispy Kreme & eat an entire dozen when they were hot off the conveyor
