I can’t answer your questions. But I wasn’t a fan of W because he seemed a little inept. Gore was no better. However, Bush surrounded himself with the smartest people he could find and it worked out ok in the end. One of Trump’s problems is his cabinet choices. Betsy DeVos, Ben Carson? Also he doesn’t listen to his advisors anyway so it seems. That’s a problem and major shortcoming.
