Decent offset. Don't use charcoal for brisket unless you want Cali style BBQ.

I stick burnt my offset until the bottom fell out I know that you are urban, but try and find some stick hardwood to use in that unit. A bit tougher to manage, but far superior in results.

Doesn't resemble it at all. Mine was a classic Southern Colonial with beautiful landscaping, much larger lot, backed up to a protected forest, full walk-out basement, permanent stairs to the attic, and I sold it for about 1/5 of what DDS thinks that mess is worth.
