Fans fear that Trump's presence might overshadow the event and disrupt the focus on Larson and other drivers.

So, if I understand this correctly, If you support Trump, you support NASCAR. Oh, the irony.

I would guess that near 100% of NASCAR fans are Trump supporters.

I have no problem with Trump going to the race. Plenty of support for him out there. Me... I won't even be watching it. Why you ask? Here are my reasons:

1) Boring
2) Bubba Watson and his brand of bullshit
3) Boring
4) Stages
5) Boring
6) No way is any of that even close to stock no has it been for decades
7) Boring
8) I have better stuff to do or watch

TRUMP going to CC600 was HUGE NEWS, HUGE SUCCESS, HUGE ACCEPTANCE BY THE NASCAR FANS.
