Without re-watching the video, when I hard boil an egg, you bring the water just before boiling put a lid on it and let it sit for 10 minutes. Normally I take them out run them over cold water peel and go.

I don't see Yadkin on this thread, so I reckon he has a life. Asshole...

Pressure cooker. Doesn't make them any faster, but they sure are easy to peel.

another recommendation for an egg cooker, though the wife prefers to boil then put in ice.

I will say this about the microwave, the problem is you need to put at least 4 in there, this will stop them from blowing up, cereal.

Boil them hard for 3 minutes, then turn the burner off and let them continue to cook in the hot water for 10 minutes. That way they're cooked, but not overcooked.

OK, but when is the "cracking" with the bottom of the glass supposed to be done?

YouTube is your friend.

There I saw someone put the hardboiled egg in a jar and shake. Most of the shell came off in the jar.

It is. They peel in 1 piece in about 6 seconds when cooked correctly.

I could have a dozen eggs cooked perfectly and peeled in about the same amount of time it takes your water to start boiling.
